We finish out your roofline with well-ventilated soffit and sturdy fascia built to hold up over time.
Soffit and fascia do more than finish off the roof edge — they shape how air moves through your attic, which has a direct effect on energy use and how well moisture stays under control up there. When soffit is damaged or improperly vented, attic condensation problems tend to follow.
We work out the right soffit vent placement to keep attic airflow balanced and working as intended.
Rotted or worn fascia boards are swapped out to give your gutters and roof edge a solid, dependable base.
New soffit and fascia are chosen to work visually with your siding and the overall roofline.
We close up the small gaps birds and insects use to get into the attic while the work is underway.
Soffit and fascia rarely get a second thought until a gutter starts sagging or attic moisture shows up as a real problem. We approach installation with airflow in mind from the start, not just how it looks, because proper ventilation protects the roof structure for years to come. With 15 years of experience, our team brings dependable craftsmanship, licensed installers, and honest pricing to every soffit and fascia installation project in Old Lyme, CT.
